In partnership with Elmbrook Rotary Club and Common Hope, through whom we sponsor a student in Guatemala, there is an international travel and service opportunity in Guatemala taking place February 15-22, 2025. Cost is $700 per attendee plus airfare. Ruth has participated on multiple trips in the past, which includes meeting our sponsored student. If you are interested in going, contact Ruth with our Club, or Erik Moeser through Elmbrook Rotary: emmcsm1025@yahoo.com. Early registration encouraged as space is limited.

Your monthly dues always include a line fore "Rotary Foundation". The Rotary Foundation supports international projects, and a portion of this goes back to the Districts for annual District grant Projects. Each year, clubs can apply to receive up to $3,000 back in the form of a grant to complete community projects. This donation counts towards our club's "Every Rotarian Every Year" donation, where we receive recognition for supporting the Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation recently received the highest rating from Charity Navigator for the 16th consecutive year (read more here). To read more about the Rotary Foundation, click here.
